MapleStory Universe is a virtual world ecosystem based on blockchain technology with tokens issued on the Avalanche chain. Expanding on the IP of the classic MMORPG game MapleStory, it is developed by gaming giant Nexon (Nexon's previous major titles include Bubble Church, Run Kart, Bubble Fighters, Chain of Heavenly Wings, Realm of the Gods, Adventure Island, and Marvel). The project aims to create a more immersive and interactive adventure experience through web3 technology, especially in terms of content creation, NFT ownership and community engagement.
