CoinW Android App – Installation Block Solution

  1. Overview

The CoinW App is an official and compliant application. The “High-Risk App” warning is a standard Android system restriction applied to apps installed from non–app store sources. It does not indicate any security risk with the CoinW App. The steps below are only required to bypass the installation restriction. Once installation is complete, you can safely restore your original security settings.

 

  1. Solutions for Major Android Brands

Xiaomi/Redmi (MIUI/HyperOS)

1. Go to Settings → App Settings → Security Guard and turn it off (password or fingerprint required).

2. Open Phone Manager → Settings (top right), then disable Installation Monitoring and App Security Scan.

Install the app after disabling these options, and re-enable them once the installation is complete.

Huawei/Honor (EMUI/HarmonyOS)

1. HarmonyOS: Search for Pure Mode in Settings → Exit Pure Mode (twice confirmation required).

2. Open Phone Manager → Virus Scan and disable Real-time Protection and Installation Package Scanning.

Pure Mode will be automatically restored after the device restarts.

OnePlus/OPPO (ColorOS)

OPPO: Go to Phone Manager → Security Protection, and disable App Installation Monitoring.

ColorOS 12+: On the warning screen, tap More Options → Trust and Install (lock screen verification required).

OnePlus: Settings → Security, and disable App Security Detection.

After granting permission, wait about 10 seconds before proceeding installation to avoid background interception.

vivo/iQOO (Funtouch OS)

1. Disable Block Malicious App Installation: Settings → Security & Privacy → More Security Settings → App Installation

2. Open Phone Manager → Security Scan, and disable Installation Packaging Scanning.

3. If installation is still blocked, temporarily remove your lock screen password and try again.

Reset your lock screen password immediately after installation.

realme (realme UI)

1. Go to Security Center → Virus Scan, and disable Real-time Protection and Installation Package Scanning.

2. If you see a "Security check failed" prompt: 

Disconnect from the internet, press and hold Power + Volume Down, then tap the installation package to proceed.

After authorization, wait about 5 seconds before proceeding with installation.

  1. Universal Solutions (All Android Devices)

1) If an installation warning appears, tap Install Anyway, Trust This App, or More Options to continue.

2) Try installing the app offline (turn off both Wi-Fi and mobile data), then reconnect to the network after installation is complete.

3) If the installation is blocked by third-party security apps (such as 360 Security or Tencent Mobile Manager), temporarily uninstall the app or add the installation package as the Trusted File list.
