Malaysia is one of the “Restricted Countries and Regions” listed in CoinW’s Legal Statement, which is part of the User Agreement that all users should abide by. It has recently come to CoinW’s attention that some users may be connected to Malaysia and may therefore have violated the User Agreement by using our services. In active response to the regulatory compliance requirements of the Malaysia region, CoinW regrets to announce that we will orderly terminate the accounts of the users in Malaysia and cease providing services to such users.
Any user who may be identified as connected to Malaysia will be required to provide your recent non-Malaysian address proof or else you will be considered as a user in Malaysia and your account will be terminated.
Only certain types of address proof are acceptable to CoinW. For details, please refer to our FAQ .
Platform will conduct mandatory liquidation of all contract positions and fully freeze contract trading functions for all verified Malaysia KYC users on June 15, 2026. Please actively sort out and dispose of your contract positions ahead of schedule to prevent unnecessary asset risks and losses.
Asset Withdrawal After the Deadline:
After June 30, 2026, you will not be able to log in to CoinW. If you need to withdraw residual assets, please follow the steps below:
Send your CoinW account to [email protected]
After approval, you will receive an email notification to unfreeze your account for 4 hours
Please ensure that you complete asset withdrawal during the unfreezing period; the account will be permanently frozen again after the unfreezing period expires
