APP
(1) Open the CoinW App and go to the home screen.
(2) Tap the profile icon in the top-left corner to enter Personal Center.
(3) In Personal Center, tap Profile & Settings.
(4) After selecting Security, click the Anti-Phishing Code button.
(5) After entering the Anti-Phishing Code setup page, you need to enter 4 to 20 characters.
Once the setup is complete, all official emails from CoinW will display the code you’ve set.
WEB
(1) Visit the CoinW official website and log in.
(2) Click the user icon in the upper-right corner and select Account & Security.
(3) Scroll down to the Security section and click the Settings button next to Anti-Phishing Code.
(4) On the Anti-Phishing Code setup page, enter 4 to 20 characters as your custom code.
Once set, all official emails from CoinW will include this code, helping you verify the authenticity of the email.
Notes:
(1) This feature currently only helps identify whether an email is from CoinW. It does not apply to SMS messages.
(2) To protect your account, avoid clicking unknown or suspicious links.
(3) Stay vigilant and enhance your security awareness to prevent fraud.
