Below is a guide on how to verify through official channels to confirm whether the person is a legitimate representative:
WEB
(1) Visit the official CoinW website: https://www.coinw.com;
(2) Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Official Verification Channel on the right side;
(3) Enter the information you wish to verify into the field on the page, then click the magnifying glass icon to search;
(4) After clicking search, the page will display the verification results.
These results will indicate the type of account:
For example, if the page shows the account is Email, it is an official account.
APP
(1) Open the CoinW app and go to the homepage;
(2) Tap the icon in the top left corner to enter your personal center;
(3) Tap on your profile, then scroll to the bottom of the Account page and select Help & Support;
(4) Tap the Official Verification button. On the verification page, enter the information you wish to verify and tap the search button on the right;
(5) After clicking search, the page will display the verification results.
These results will indicate the type of account:
For example, if the page shows the account is Email, it is an official account.
Kind Reminder
(1) Official staff will never ask you for verification codes, passwords, or other private information. They will also never instruct you to transfer funds to a specific address or promise to lift account restrictions after making a transfer. If someone asks you to perform risky operations, please make sure to verify their identity before proceeding.
(2) All CoinW-related email addresses, WeChat IDs,Discord, Telegram accounts, domains, and media accounts can be verified through this channel.
(3) Social media accounts (such as Weibo and Twitter) support name-based verification only, and are case-sensitive.
