T+1 (Buy Crypto Security Protection) Explanation

When you purchase digital assets via C2C trading on our platform, the system may apply a T+1 withdrawal restriction based on risk assessment. This means the equivalent amount of assets from the order will be temporarily restricted from being withdrawn for 24 hours.
This restriction does not affect your other trading activities or financial services on the platform.

The T+1 mechanism is designed to mitigate asset risks caused by abnormal fund inflows and to protect the safety of platform users’ assets. For certain users, the restriction period may be extended based on the platform's risk control strategies. This fine-tuned approach aims to discourage suspicious funds from entering the platform, reduce the risk of bank account freezes, and safeguard user assets.

How to Know If You’ve Triggered T+1 Protection

The T+1 protection is automatically applied after your C2C buy order is completed.
No separate alert or popup notification will be shown during the transaction process.

Once your C2C buy order is marked as completed, the system will apply a 24-hour withdrawal restriction on the equivalent assets. This restriction applies only to that specific portion of assets and does not affect the rest of your account balance or transactions.

What to Do If You’ve Triggered T+1 Protection

If your withdrawal is restricted due to T+1 protection, there’s no need to worry. The system will automatically lift the restriction 24 hours after the order is completed.

This measure only affects the assets from that specific transaction. All other assets and account activities remain unaffected.
To ensure transaction security, we recommend waiting patiently—no manual action or appeal is required.

How to Check When the Assets Will Be Unlocked

If you've triggered the T+1 (24-hour) security restriction, you can determine the unlock time by checking when the order was completed.

To view the order completion time:

Go to:
Security Center > Account Activity > Security Events > Filter by "OTC Order Completed"

Find the corresponding buy order, then add 24 hours to the order completion timestamp to calculate when the restricted assets will be automatically unlocked.
