CoinW Card is a global crypto payment card issued by CoinW, supporting the Visa / Mastercard network.

Users can top up using crypto assets such as USDT, which will be instantly converted to USD or EUR for online/offline spending, advertising, or cross-border payments.

This guide provides detailed instructions on how to apply for your CoinW Card in the CoinW App, applicable to virtual cards other than the CoinW iPay Card.

1. Preparation Before Applying

Before starting, please make sure of the following:

• You have registered a CoinW account;
  
• Completed C1 (Basic Verification) and C2 (Identity Verification);
  
• Your account has enough USDT balance to cover the card issuance fee and initial top-up amount.
  

If you haven’t completed identity verification, you can do so in the App homepage by tapping Settings (top left) → Security Center → Identity Verification.

2. Access the Application Entrance

App:

• Open the CoinW App;
  
• Tap CoinW Card in the “Common Functions” section on the homepage;
  
• If not visible on the homepage, click View All → Finance and locate CoinW Card.

3. Choose Card Type

On the CoinW Card page, you will see multiple card types:

• Virtual Card: Issued instantly, can be immediately linked to online platforms;
  
• Physical Card: Supports POS payments and ATM withdrawals, shipped to your address.
  

Click any card to view:

• Supported crypto & settlement currency (USD / EUR)
  
• Card issuance fee and top-up requirements
  
• Supported platforms and usage instructions
  

Once confirmed, click Apply Now to proceed.

4. Fill in Application Information

On the application page, fill in:

• Cardholder Name (can differ from your verified identity for Virtual Cards)
  
• Email and phone verification (for notifications)
  
• Mailing address (for Physical Card applicants only)
  
  

Notes:

• Cards labeled Simple KYC do not require additional identity info and can be applied for directly;
  
• Some cards may require extra KYC verification; follow prompts to upload documents.
  
• All information is securely transmitted via CoinW, and personal data will not be shared with card issuers.
  

After completing the form, click Submit.

5. Pay Card Issuance Fee & Initial Top-Up

After submission, you will be prompted to pay:

• One-time card issuance fee
  
• Initial top-up amount (credited to your new card)
  

Payment Instructions:

• Enter the top-up amount, and the system will calculate the equivalent based on the real-time rate;
  
• Ensure your Buy Crypto Wallet has sufficient balance;
  
• If insufficient, transfer from Funding Wallet:
  

• • Assets → Transfer → Select Source & Crypto → Target: Buy Crypto Wallet → Enter Amount → Confirm
    

6. Wait for System Review & Card Issuance

After submission and payment:

• Virtual Card: Usually generated within 1 hour and can be used immediately;
  
• Physical Card: Takes approximately 12–24 hours for processing, then shipped to your address.
  

You will receive a confirmation email from CoinW once the review is complete.

7. Activate and View Card Information

• Open the CoinW App → go to CoinW Card;
  
• Select your approved card → tap View Details;
  
• Enter your transaction password to view:
  
  
• Card Number
  
• Expiration Date
  
• CVV
  
• Billing Address
  

For Physical Cards, follow the email or App instructions to activate once received.

8. Actions You Can Take After Application

• Top-Up: Tap Recharge to add funds to your card;
  
• Link Payment Platforms: CoinW iPay Card Supports Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay;
  
• Start Spending: Use at any global merchant or website accepting Visa / Mastercard;
  
• Security Management: Freeze card or contact support in case of loss or information leak.
