CoinW’s real-name verification is divided into two levels: Basic Verification and Advanced Verification.
The verification requirements differ for each level. If the real-name verification is rejected, it may be due to the following reasons:

Basic Verification

• Wrong country or region selected

• Incorrect identity information
  Common mistakes:

Incorrect document number (missing or extra digits, one digit entered incorrectly)

Incorrect or reversed name (name should be split, e.g., David Bonds — surname: David, given name: Bonds)

• Uploaded ID document is unclear
  Common mistakes:

Blurry photo, unable to read document content

Incomplete photo, cannot see the entire document; ensure all four corners are visible

Perspective distortion, obvious deformation of the document

• ID document expired or falsified
  Common mistakes:

Document expired

Document falsified or suspected of editing

• Identity information recognized as high-risk customer (e.g., government officials, blacklisted customers)

• Identity information already used
  One set of identity information can only verify one account. If it has been used on another account, verification will fail.
  
  

Advanced Verification

• In the first video, the document is not clearly shown

• In the second video, the user does not speak

• In the second video, the text on the screen is not read correctly
