Dear CoinW users:
The platform adds an asset account. After the upgrade, the assets of the original account have been collected into the asset account. Before conducting fiat trading, spot trading, and futures trading , the assets need to be manually transferred to the corresponding account before the operation can be performed.
The specific operation method is as follows:
APP
Step 1: Update the CoinW APP to the latest version, and then log in to the APP after the update.
Step 2: Open the APP -> [Asset] and you can see some accounts at the top of the interface, namely Asset, Buy, Spot, Futures,CoinW Earn. Open the [Asset] interface and enter the asset account by default. Since some tokens have no transaction price for the time being, please do not click to hide the small-value currency, otherwise it will be regarded as the small-balance currency hidden.
Step 3: Transfer the assets to the designated account. If you want to conduct spot trading, you need to transfer assets from [Asset Account] to [Spot Account], click on the transfer and follow the prompts on the interface.

Step 1: Log in to the coinw.com account on the web page.
Step 2: Open the top [Balances] interface, enter the asset center to see some accounts, namely Asset Balance,Spot, Fiat Balance ,Futures Balance. Open the [Asset Balance] interface and enter the asset account by default. Since some tokens have no transaction price for the time being, please do not click to hide the small-value currency, otherwise it will be regarded as the small-balance currency hidden.
Step 3: Transfer the assets to the designated account. If you want to conduct spot trading you need to transfer assets from [Asset Account] to [Spot Account], click on the transfer and follow the prompts on the interface.
Example 1
User A wants to conduct spot trading after the upgrade. After logging in to the account, he opens the spot trading interface and finds that the number of available tokens is 0. When he opens the asset interface, he finds that the asset conversion is basically the same as before the upgrade, so he cannot understand why spot trading cannot be performed.
Problem description: The user's assets are converted to show the assets of the asset account, but the spot trading matches the assets of the spot account, so it cannot be directly traded.
Solution: Transfer the tokens from the asset account to the spot account. After the transfer is completed, open the transaction interface to see the number of available tokens.
Example 2
User B wants to perform OTC withdrawal after the upgrade. After logging in to the account, he opens the fiat currency transaction interface and finds that he has no assets. When he opens the asset interface, he finds that the asset conversion is basically the same as before the upgrade, so he cannot understand why the fiat currency transaction cannot be performed.
Problem description: The user's asset conversion shows the assets of the asset account, but the fiat currency transaction matches the assets of the fiat currency account, so it cannot be directly traded.
