Elixir is a modular decentralized liquidity network designed to provide deep liquidity, tight bid-ask spreads, and higher volumes to decentralized order book exchanges (DEXs) through a Delegated Proof of Stake (DPoS) consensus mechanism. Elixir’s core functionality is to allow users to provide liquidity directly to order book pairs, earning market maker rewards, while algorithmic market mechanisms to enable liquidity support across centralized exchanges (CEX) and decentralized exchanges (DEX). The project has also launched synthetic USD $deUSD as a key component of its ecosystem, similar to Ethena’s USDe, to enhance the economic efficiency and liquidity management of the network.
