To provide you with an enhanced trading experience, CoinW will upgrade the Futures System on January 13th, 2024, at 17:00(UTC). During the upgrade process, you will still be able to carry out futures trading as usual, and the impact on your trading activities will be minimized.
While we have confidence in this new upgrade approach, we are also aware that every innovation attempt may face unforeseen challenges. Therefore, we have prepared a backup plan: if the new approach of the upgrade cannot be successfully completed, we will immediately switch to the regular mode to ensure the smooth progress of the upgrade work.
The expected upgrade duration is approximately 30 minutes. Please be prepared for potential risks. In case for the regulare mode of upgrade, futures market data and trading services (including copy trading) will be temporarily suspended. For users with open positions or orders during the upgrade period, it is advisable to close positions, cancel orders or add additional margin in advance to avoid any potential trading losses.
Considering the adoption of this new upgrade mode, and to prevent any unforeseen circumstances from causing trading losses, we strongly advise you to make risk control preparations in accordance with the regular maintenance mode.
We sincerely appreciate your support and understanding towards our technological innovation attempts. We look forward to witnessing the continuous progress and growth of our platform together with you.
In the event of market fluctuations, the upgrade may be delayed or canceled, and further notice will be provided.CoinW will notify users of the completion of the upgrade promptly. You can stay informed by joining the community. Thank you for your support and understanding!
