As the underlying asset of the SAMSUNGUSDT Perpetual Contract, Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 005930), will distribute dividends, CoinW will conduct a dividend settlement for the SAMSUNGUSDT Perpetual Contract in accordance with the dividend distribution plan officially announced by the underlying asset.
According to the information currently available, the estimated dividend amount is KRW 4,500 per share. As the final dividend amount may be subject to adjustment, CoinW will make the corresponding settlement and adjustment based on the actual dividend amount ultimately announced by the underlying asset.
The details are as follows:
The dividend will be distributed via airdrop to eligible users and is expected to be credited to their accounts within 3 business days after the settlement is completed. The actual crediting time shall be subject to the completion of the distribution.
As the final dividend amount announced by Samsung Electronics may differ from the currently estimated amount, CoinW will make the corresponding adjustment based on the actual dividend amount ultimately announced by Samsung Electronics.
If there is a difference between the estimated dividend amount and the final actual dividend amount, CoinW will make the corresponding adjustment for the difference. Such adjustment will be made after Samsung Electronics officially confirms and announces the final dividend amount. The specific adjustment time and amount shall be subject to CoinW's final announcement and the actual records in users' accounts.
This dividend settlement applies only to users holding a net position in the SAMSUNGUSDT Perpetual Contract at 10:00 on September 29, 2026 (UTC). Users who do not hold the relevant position or whose net position is zero at the settlement time will not participate in this settlement.
The dividend amount may affect users' account balances and margin ratios. Users holding short positions in the SAMSUNGUSDT Perpetual Contract are advised to monitor their account balances and margin levels in advance, manage their positions appropriately, and ensure sufficient margin to avoid forced liquidation due to insufficient funds.
Users who do not wish to participate in this dividend settlement should close their positions before the settlement time specified above.
