CoinW Live Streamer Recruitment Now Open

Dear creators, industry partners, and streamers:

To jointly build a professional, compliant, and high-quality Web3 live streaming ecosystem, CoinW is now recruiting high-quality live streamers globally. Whether you are an individual creator, an industry KOL, a streamer recommended by an institution, or specialized talent with a traditional finance or Web3 professional background, as long as you love sharing, abide by the rules, and possess professional capabilities, you are welcome to apply to join.

The platform will provide compliance training, live streaming permissions, backend accounts, poster materials, and live streaming tool technical support, and will grow together with streamers. The recruitment types, admission requirements, onboarding process, content standards, code of conduct, quality standards, and violation handling rules are announced as follows.

 

I. Streamer Recruitment Types

II. Basic Admission Requirements

(1) Qualification Requirements

  • Account in normal status, completed platform-required KYC/real-name verification;

  • Account registered for no less than 7 days, no serious violation records, completed mobile phone/email binding;

  • Stable live streaming equipment, network bandwidth no less than 10 Mbps;

  • Good language expression ability, familiar with knowledge in the field of Web3 live streaming content, able to independently complete live streaming planning and execution.

(2) Content Requirements

  • Live streaming content must comply with the platform's permitted content standards;

  • Must not involve any prohibited items in the platform's prohibited content standards;

  • Must submit a live streaming content plan or theme direction description.

 

III. Onboarding Process

Submit application → Preliminary document review → Qualification review → Content evaluation → Live streaming and compliance training → Permission activation → Official onboarding

  • Submit application: Fill in the application form and submit materials via the CoinW Streamer Application;

  • Qualification review: Verify identity authenticity, qualification validity, and compliance records; system verification + manual review, review time 1–3 working days;

  • Content evaluation: Evaluate live streaming theme, content quality, professionalism, and compliance; material review + content sample evaluation;

  • Compliance training: Train on platform rules, content standards, violation penalties, and operating procedures;

  • Permission activation: Activate live streaming permissions, configure live streaming backend account, provide live streaming poster material support, and connect live streaming tools and technical support;

  • Official onboarding: Complete onboarding and enter the official live streaming stage.

 

IV. Post-Onboarding Management and Platform Support

(1) Probation Period and Assessment

  • Probation period: New streamers have a 30-day probation period and must complete at least 2 live streams; those who fail the assessment will have their streamer qualification cancelled;

  • Continuous assessment: Once a week, assessing live streaming duration, content quality, live streaming data, violation records, and user feedback;

  • Information changes: Must be reported within 5 working days; major changes require re-preparation of materials and review;

  • Exit mechanism: Active exit can be applied for immediately; passive removal shall be handled in accordance with violation penalty standards.

(2) Platform Support

  • Compliance training and operational guidance;

  • Live streaming permissions and backend account configuration;

  • Live streaming poster material support;

  • Live streaming tools and technical support.

 

V. Permitted Content Scope

The platform encourages content creation in the following directions:

  • Web3 Knowledge Popularization: Blockchain fundamentals, technical architecture, consensus mechanisms; crypto asset basics and market analysis; public chains, Layer 2, cross-chain technology interpretation; DeFi, NFT, DAO, GameFi, SocialFi and other track analysis; wallets, exchanges, on-chain tool usage tutorials; smart contracts, development tutorials, technical sharing.

  • Industry Dynamics and Hot Topics: Web3 industry news, policy interpretation; project updates, ecosystem progress; market analysis and trend judgment; industry summits, event reports.

  • Projects and Ecosystem: Project introductions and in-depth analysis; ecosystem cooperation and co-building discussions; project AMAs, community Q&As; developer interviews, founder dialogues.

  • Trading and Investment Education: Trading basics and strategy sharing; risk management and position management; technical analysis, fundamental analysis teaching; investment mindset and trading psychology.

  • Community and Interaction: Community building and operation experience sharing; user Q&A and interactive communication; industry practitioner experience sharing; online and offline event live streaming.

  • Other Permitted Content: Web3-related education and training; industry research report interpretation; other content approved by the platform.

 

VI. Live Streaming Code of Conduct

(1) Basic Code of Conduct

  • Comply with the laws and regulations of the streamer's country and all platform rules and regulations;

  • Respect users, stream civilly, and do not use vulgar, discriminatory, or offensive language;

  • Be honest and trustworthy, and do not make false promotions or defraud users;

  • Protect user privacy and do not disclose user information;

  • Cooperate with platform management and obey review and inspection requirements.

(2) Live Streaming Conduct Standards

Content Conduct:

  • Live streaming content must be consistent with the declared theme and may not be changed arbitrarily;

  • Do not disseminate prohibited content;

  • Content involving crypto assets, investment, etc. must include risk warnings;

  • Do not conduct commercial promotion or traffic diversion without platform approval;

  • Do not infringe on others' intellectual property rights.

Interaction Conduct:

  • Interact positively with users, and do not induce, defraud, or harass users;

  • Do not induce users to make high-risk investments;

  • Do not organize or participate in illegal financial activities;

  • Do not maliciously disparage or attack other streamers or projects.

Appearance Conduct:

  • Dress appropriately and maintain a neat appearance;

  • Live streaming background should be clean and compliant;

  • Do not drink alcohol, smoke, or engage in other inappropriate behavior during live streaming.

 

VII. Violation Handling

  • Providing false materials: permanently disqualify from admission;

  • Concealing violation records: disqualify from admission, and may not reapply within 1 year;

  • Violations after onboarding: handled according to platform violation penalty standards; serious violators will be disqualified and blacklisted;

  • Minor violations: warning, reminder to rectify;

  • General violations: traffic restriction, suspension of live streaming;

  • Serious violations: interruption of live streaming, account ban;

  • Suspected illegality: preserve evidence and transfer to relevant authorities.

Handling principles: Once prohibited content is discovered, immediately interrupt the live stream; handle according to violation level and penalty standards.

  • Review time: Qualification review 1–3 working days;
