CoinW does not participate in any transaction conducted between users. You shall independently assess the authenticity, legality, and validity of any digital assets and/or related information and shall bear all risks, losses, and liabilities arising therefrom.
CoinW does not provide any investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice. Any decision to use our products or services is made solely by you. All opinions, messages, discussions, analyses, prices, market information, or other content made available on the platform constitute general market information only and do not constitute investment advice. CoinW shall not be responsible for any losses incurred directly or indirectly as a result of reliance on such information, including but not limited to loss of profits or principal.

CoinW shall not bear any liability arising therefrom and reserves the right to pursue responsibility against relevant parties.
CoinW prohibits unethical trading behaviors, including malicious market manipulation and unfair trading practices. Where such conduct is detected, CoinW may implement preventative or protective measures, including warnings, trading restrictions, or account termination. CoinW shall not assume liability arising from such actions and reserves the right to hold relevant parties accountable.
In order to comply with applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which it operates, CoinW does not provide services to users located in certain countries and regions (“Restricted Countries and Regions”).
