Calculation Formulas:

• Futures trading volume = Avg. executed price * Face value * No. of contracts. Spot trading volume = Buy trading volume + Sell trading volume. The volume from wash trades is excluded.
• PnL = Unrealized PnL + Realized PnL. ROI = PnL/(Initial funds at registration + Net funds transferred-in during the event ). If the net funds transferred-in is less than 0, it will be counted as 0. If the initial funds at registration is less than 100 USDT, it will be counted as 100 USDT.
• The profit calculation for this event only includes futures trading volume. Funding fees, trading fees, PnL from Super Bonuses and Mega Coupons, copy trading profits shares, and referral commissions are excluded from the calculation.
• Calculation for realized PnL per order: For short positions, PnL = No. of contracts * Face value * (Entry price - Close price); For long positions, PnL = No. of contracts * Face value * (Close Price - Entry Price).
• Calculation for unrealized PnL per order: For short positions, PnL = No. of contracts * Face value * (Entry price - Last mark price); For long positions, PnL = No. of contracts * Face value * (Close Price - Last mark Price).

Terms and Conditions:

• Participation Requirements: All CoinW users are eligible to participate in the event. For team competition, each team must consist of at least 5 members. Users can participate in both the team and individual competitions simultaneously and earn rewards in both rankings.
• Valid Trading Requirements: Users must register for the event and achieve a total trading volume ≥ 5,000 USDT in spot, futures and GemW trades. Except for the "Crypto Earn Party", users eligible for rewards in the other three events must also reach a trading volume ≥ 5,000 USDT during the competition period.
• Trading Scope: All USDT-margined perpetual futures contracts and spot trading pairs on CoinW (excluding trading pairs with 0 fee rates, stablecoin pairs, and fiat pairs) .
• During the event, users who create a team cannot disband it and those who join a team cannot leave midway. Each team is limited to a maximum of 2,000 members. If a team has fewer than 5 members two days before the competition ends, the system will automatically disband the team and randomly assign its members to other teams.
• Users can create either public or private teams. Public teams are open to all users without restrictions.
• Users must click the "Register Now" button to participate in the event. The trading volume will be calculated only after a user has successfully registered for the event. The data is updated hourly. For final results, please subject to the data at the end of the event.
• The rewards (excluding early-bird rewards) will be distributed to winners within 10 working days after the event ends. Physical rewards will either be shipped or converted to USDT for airdrop. Winners should provide valid contact information and a delivery address within 10 working days of receiving the notification. The platform will collect this information via in-app notifications and emails.
• Valid traders = Total registered users - Users with trading volume below 5,000 USDT during the competition period - Users identified for cheating by the risk control system (including but not limited to bulk registration to boost the prize pool, wash trading and self-trading).
• Futures trading volumes generated from Super Bonus, Mega Coupon or trading pairs with 0% fee rates are not included in the valid futures volume. Spot trading volumes only includes volumes from spot trading, ETF trading and GemW trades, excluding volumes generated from Spot Bonus or trading pairs with 0% fee rates.
• In the team competition, teams are ranked based on futures PnL and trading volume. A team can earn rewards in both ranking categories.
• Rewards for team and individual competitions are distributed as 50% USDT and 50% Super Bonus.
• Rewards from the "Crypto Earn Party" event will be distributed in the form of Interest Rate Coupons. Earnings from subscribed Earn products will be credited to participants' Earn accounts upon maturity.
• Early redemption is currently not supported for Earn products subscribed through the "Crypto Earn Party" event. Your assets will be automatically redeemed to your Earn account upon maturity.
• Physical rewards require booking, manufacturing, and delivery. The actual delivery time depends on the manufacturer's schedule.
• Users found engaging in fraudulent attempts to obtain rewards during the event will be disqualified for rewards. CoinW reserves all rights to the final interpretation of the event. If you have any questions, contact customer service.
• The team names and avatars must not contain sensitive content or characters. For any violations, CoinW reserves the right to modify them without prior notice. If the submitted information causes adverse effects, the team may be disbanded.
