Dear CoinW Users,

To further enhance the stability of our services and improve the user experience, CoinW will conduct a service upgrade. During the upgrade, withdrawal services for selected mainnets will be temporarily suspended. Deposit, trading, and account inquiry services will remain unaffected.

Upgrade Details:

Upgrade Time: August 5, 2026, 14:00 (UTC)
Estimated Duration: Approximately 30 minutes

Affected Mainnets:
BTC, ETH, TRX, BNB_BSC, LTC, BCH, DOGE

Impact:
During the upgrade, withdrawal services for assets on the BTC, ETH, TRX, BNB_BSC, LTC, BCH, and DOGE mainnets will be temporarily suspended. Deposit, trading, and account inquiry services will remain available.

Withdrawal services will be resumed as soon as the maintenance is completed. No further announcement will be made once services are restored.
