• Assets Overview Page: Scroll to the bottom → Click on “View My Rewards"

 

• My Profile Shortcut: Go to the My Profile icon → Click on "My Rewards"

• Futures Trading Page: In the top right corner, click on "More" → Select "My Bonus"

App Version Access:

• App Homepage: Click on "Rewards Hub" icon in the shortcut section for direct access.

• Assets Overview Page: At the bottom, click on “my Rewards" button to view your assets

 

• My Profile: In this section, click on "Rewards Hub"
  

 

• Futures Trading Page: In the top right corner, click on the three vertical dots menu → Select "Rewards Hub"

1. What rewards can new users get?

3. What is the validity period of tasks?
   Each task has a set validity period. Once expired, it can no longer be completed or claimed. Some newbie tasks must be completed within 7 days of registration.
   
   

4. Why is my trading volume progress not updating in real-time?
   Trading progress is not updated instantly. It usually takes over 1 hour to refresh. Please wait patiently and refresh the page later.
   
   

5. How is the trading volume calculated for tasks?
   Only the actual transaction amount is counted (excluding fees).
   Example: A 100 USDT trade with 2 USDT in fees will still count as 100 USDT towards the task.
   
   

6. If I complete the task without claiming it first, can I still get the reward?
   No. You must claim the task first and then complete the required actions to receive the reward.
   
   

7. Why did my task claim fail?
   
   

• Required KYC certification not completed (e.g., KYC Level 1)
  
  

• Task requirements not met (e.g., no first trade or first deposit)

   To ensure fairness, CoinW strictly prohibits malicious behavior such as wash trading or mass registration of fake accounts. Users engaging in activities that disrupt the integrity of campaigns will have their rewards revoked, and severe violations may result in account suspension.
