(1) Log in to the official CoinW website, click the account icon in the top right corner, and go to [Account & Security] to enter the Security Center page;

(2) Scroll down to the Password Center and find the Transaction Password option. Click the [Manage] button on the right to access the settings and modification interface. Click "Modify" to proceed;

(3) Follow the on-screen instructions to verify one of your account’s linked security options, such as SMS verification code, email verification code, Google Authenticator code, or passkey. Any one of these is sufficient for verification;
If verification fails, click [Security option unavailable] below to reset the relevant security settings.

APP

(1) Open the CoinW app and go to the homepage. Tap the account icon in the top left corner, then tap your profile photo to enter the Security Center;

(2) Tap [Security Center] - [Transaction Password] to enter the password setting and modification interface;

(3) Follow the on-screen instructions to verify one of your account’s linked security options, such as SMS verification code, email verification code, Google Authenticator code, or passkey. Any one of these is sufficient for verification;
If verification fails, click [Security option unavailable] below to reset the relevant security settings.

Note:

(1) After setting or resetting the transaction password, withdrawals or USDT selling are not allowed within 24 hours;

(2) If any verification method is unavailable, click [Security option unavailable] to reset it;

(3) After resetting, your account will be automatically logged out, which is normal. Please log in again.
