5. Can I use multiple Mega Coupons with different deduction rates in the same order?

No. Each order can only use Mega Coupons with the same deduction rate. Mega Coupons with different deduction rates cannot be used together in the same order.

6. Mega Coupon Merging Rules

Mega Coupons with the same deduction rate will be automatically merged into one Mega Coupon. The merged Mega Coupon will retain the longest validity period, and its identity verification requirements will follow the current Mega Coupon type.

7. Why Is My Available Mega Coupon Balance Showing 0 or Less Than the Amount Received?

When you have open positions, a portion of your Mega Coupon will be temporarily occupied by the positions based on the deduction rate. This occupied amount can be used to offset position losses, funding fees, and trading fees. The total amount of your Mega Coupon has not decreased. The displayed balance only shows the remaining available amount. After you close your positions, the amount of Mega Coupon already used will be deducted, and the remaining balance will become available again.

8. If I have multiple Mega Coupons with different deduction rates, can I choose which Mega Coupon to apply?

Yes. When applying Mega Coupons, only Mega Coupons with the same deduction rate can be selected. You need to manually select a Mega Coupon the first time, and you can select your preferred Mega Coupon whenever you apply Mega Coupons afterward.

9. When will Mega Coupons expire?

Mega Coupons have a fixed validity period. You can check their expiration date in your Bonus Account.

10. Is there a reminder before Mega Coupons expire?

You will receive an in-app message reminder within 24 hours before a Mega Coupon expires.

11. What will happen when a Mega Coupon expires in Cross Margin mode?

In Cross Margin mode, Mega Coupon expiration does not affect your positions or orders. If any Mega Coupon amount is occupied by a position when it expires, its validity period will be automatically extended until the position is closed. During this period, these Mega Coupons can still be used to offset trading fees, funding fees, and losses.

12. What will happen when a Mega Coupon expires in Isolated Margin mode?

In Isolated Margin mode, unused Mega Coupons will expire and can no longer be used for deduction after expiration. Any Mega Coupon amount used by a position will have its validity period automatically extended until the position is closed. During this period, these Mega Coupons can still be used to offset trading fees, funding fees, and losses.

13. If I have multiple Mega Coupons with different expiration dates, what happens when each one expires?

Each Mega Coupon will follow the rules in Questions 5 and 6 when it expires.

14. Can I open both long and short positions with Mega Coupons?

Yes. Trading with Mega Coupons works the same way as regular futures trading, except that Mega Coupons cannot be used for copy trading.

15. How can I enable or disable Mega Coupons?

Mega Coupons are enabled and automatically used by default. To disable Mega Coupons or view more usage details, please update your App to version 10.1.21 or above, or use the web version.

16. Special Notes

  • When opening a position in Isolated Margin mode, Mega Coupons in that isolated position can only be used to offset losses, funding fees, and trading fees for the current position. They cannot be used to offset other isolated positions.

  • If there are still available Mega Coupons in the Futures account, they will be used first when adding margin.

  • Losses from isolated positions do not affect the Mega Coupon balance in the Futures account.
