- 30D Avg. Assets: The platform will take daily snapshots of your held assets and calculate their value. Your asset level is determined based on the higher value of your last 30-day average assets and the current day's snapshotted assets.
- 30D Trading Volume: The platform will calculate your daily spot trading volume and the total volume across all your traded spot pairs over the last 30 days.
- The criteria are evaluated independently. Users who meet any one of them are eligible for the corresponding VIP benefits.
- Users will be granted a 30-day downgrade protection period when they become VIPs for the first time or upgrade to a higher VIP level.
- The platform will calculate the last 30-day trading volume and average assets daily between 0:00 and 8:00 (UTC+8) and updates the fee tier accordingly.
- The VIP fee rates are only valid for spot trading.
- Maker Orders: Placed orders are not executed immediately at given price. Instead, they are queued on the order book waiting to be matched.
- Taker Orders: Placed orders are executed immediately with existing orders on the order book at the given or better price.
