1. Users must click “Join Now” on the event page. Both inviters and referred users must enroll. Only eligible trades and referrals completed after enrollment and within the event period count.

2. Events 1 and 2 are open to eligible new and existing users. Event 3 is limited to CoinW Alpha new users who had no successful Alpha trades before the event began.

3. Referred users in Events 1 and 2 must register with CoinW for the first time during the event via the inviter’s referral link and enroll in this event. Existing CoinW users do not count toward referral totals or referred trading volume.

4. Benefits from all three events can be combined. Event 1 rewards accumulate based on qualified referrals. Event 3 pays only the highest tier reached, up to 20 USDT per user.

5. Eligible trading volume is based on actual executed trades on CoinW Alpha. Both buys and sells count. Deposits, withdrawals, unfilled orders and trades identified as abnormal are excluded.

6. This event cannot be combined with other CoinW Alpha promotions of the same type, including Rewards Center tasks and Trading Airdrops. If rewards overlap, only the first reward distributed will apply. No duplicate rewards will be issued.

7. Event 1 and Event 3 rewards will be credited to users’ CoinW Alpha accounts in popular tokens of equivalent value within 10 business days after the event ends. Token types, quantities and final credited amounts are subject to actual distribution.

8. The Event 2 commission upgrade requires eligibility approval. Its effective date, scope, duration and settlement rules will be provided in the upgrade notice. Commission rates do not stack. Users already receiving 50% or more will not receive an additional upgrade.

9. All event data is subject to CoinW’s risk and compliance review. CoinW Alpha may disqualify accounts and cancel rewards for bulk registrations, self-referrals, fake referrals, wash trading, volume manipulation, abnormal trading or multiple accounts participating from the same device/IP.

10. CoinW Alpha reserves the right to amend and interpret the event rules as permitted by law.
