1. Base URL for all restful interfaces is https://api.coinw.com. The complete URL consists of the base URL and the endpoint. For example, if the endpoint is /v1/perpum/instruments, the complete URL is: https://api.coinw.com/v1/perpum/instruments.

2. The base URL for both public and private WebSocket connections is: wss://ws.futurescw.com/perpum. This single WebSocket endpoint supports connections for both public data streams and private user data, eliminating the need for separate URLs.
